RESERVATION / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please call one day ahead to reserve your appointment or make an enquiry at +65 8138 1929.
Feel free to inform us of any special concerns you may have. Any cancellation should be made at least 4 hours ahead of your appointment, if possible.
ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow for a stress-free treatment and please turn off your mobile phone to ensure your maximum relaxation and benefit. Please note that we adhere to a prompt appointment schedule, meaning if you are late, we can only offer you the remaining time on your treatment slot.
EARLY TERMINATION OF SESSION
In the event where the treatment session is terminated prematurely at the request of the client, the client will be charged 50% of the total cost of the treatment.
In the event where the treatment session is terminated towards the completion, the client will be charged 100% of the total cost of the treatment.
MODE OF PAYMENT
We accept CASH payment in SINGAPORE DOLLARS only. |
